Graphic symbol of a trademark.

Example: There would be a problem if the SERVER was to breakdown there should be a backup SERVER to take its place while the main SERVER was being repaired. The backup SERVER could also act as a data backup where all the product data could be backed up once a week.

A packet of data sent by a web server to a browser, which is returned by the browser each time it subsequently accesses the same server, used to identify the user or track their access to the server.

Example: Furthermore, customers should have an option to choose whether or not to receive COOKIES.

Example: The instructions are translated into binary CODE, a form that computers can easily handle.

Example: The BACK END has three parts to it: server, application, and database

Example: Often attackers will inject JAVASCRIPT, VBScript, ActiveX, HTML, or Flash into a vulnerable application to cheat a user in order to gather data from them.

CSS is a computer language for laying out and structuring web pages.

Example: The benefits that people often cite for CSS are actually down to the html.

The process of maximizing the number of visitors to a particular website by ensuring that the site appears high on the list of results returned by a search engine.

Example: The key to getting more traffic lies in integrating content with SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION and social media marketing.
